摘要
在微波辐射,KF/Al2O3催化下,以乙酰乙酸乙酯乙酯与1-溴丁烷的反应为探针,考察了该合成反应的最佳条件,最佳反应物的物质的量之比为乙酰乙酸乙酯:正溴丁烷:KF/Al2O3∶TBAB=1∶1.2∶1.8∶0.05。在该条件下,合成了3种乙酰乙酸乙酯的烃基化产物,并表征了产物结构。
Taking the ethyl acetoacetate and 1-bromine butane''s response as a probe,optimum response condition was studied under microwave irradiation and KF/Al2O3 catalyzation.Reactant allocated proportion: ethyl acetoacetate: 1-bromine butane: KF/Al2O3∶TBAB=1∶1.2∶1.8∶0.05.Three products of alkylation was synthesized under these conditions.The structure was characterized.
