摘要
以苄氯与丙二酸二乙酯的烷基化反应为模型反应,借助HPLC,考察了在K3PO4·7H2O存在下,不同相转移催化剂、温度和K3PO4·7H2O的用量对反应的影响,并与其他碱进行了比较。在选定的条件下,考察了K3PO4·7H2O/TBAB反应体系的适用范围。
The effect of different catalysts,reaction temperatures and amounts of K3PO4·7H,O on the alkylation of diethyl malonate with benzyl chloride in thepresence of K3PO4·7H2O wss investigated by HPLCmethod.The results were compared with those in thepresence of other bases.Under the selected conditions,the application scope of the reaction wastested.
