低电感大电流长寿命同轴型电容器

摘要 介绍了一种应用于高功率脉冲源的低电感、高通流能力、长寿命的同轴型电容器。通过理论计算,综合考虑电容器的工作电压、电感、通流能力、与开关的连接方式等,确定了电容器的芯子结构、绝缘子结构及电极结构。通过设计实验线路,测试了电容器的电压、电感、通流能力、寿命等参数。实验结果表明:电容器电容量1.5μF,工作电压100kV,工作电流250kA,峰值电流大于300kA,电容器电感小于20nH,储能密度205J/L,工作寿命大于6 000次。 A kind of coaxial capacitor with low-inductance,high-current conducting ability and long-life is investigated.Considering its voltage,inductance,ability of conducting current and connecting manner with switch,the paper theoretically determines the structure of its component,insulator and electrode.Then with elaborately designed circuits of experiment,the voltage,inductance,ability of conducting current and lifetime of the capacitor are tested.The results indicate that the capacitance of the capacitor is 1.5 μF,the rated voltage is 100 kV,the rated current is 250 kA,the peak current is higher than 300 kA,the inductance is less than 20 nH,the energy density is 205 J/L,and the lifetime exceeds 6 000 shots.
