摘要
为解决接触网接触线磨耗检测问题,将红外技术应用到接触线磨耗检测中。开展了接触线磨耗缺陷处温升分析,建立了接触线的表面温度与其横截面积之间的关系,提出了利用接触线缺陷处温度计算横截面积的方法,在测量误差上对接触线磨耗的判断方法进行了评价,在实验室模拟了接触线温升的试验。研究结果表明,利用表面温度法对接触线磨耗的测量误差不超过10%,证明了该方法的可用性。
In order to solve the problems of defect of contact wire abrasion,the infrared technique was investigated.After the analysis of the surface temperature of the defect,the relationship of the surface temperature and its cross-sectional area was established.A method was presented to calculate the cross-sectional area of contact wire abrasion with the temperature of the surface.The judgment of contact wire abrasion was evaluated by the index of measurement error,the temperature rises of contact wire were tested in the laboratory.The experimental results show that the maximum measurement error is less than 10%,so the method proposed is practicable.
