摘要
应用TVS-2200型热成像系统测量电子玻璃料滴表面的辐射温度.由于玻璃料滴呈圆柱形因此在计算料满表面真实温度时要进行料滴表面发射率和角系数的修正。测试结果证明用热成像系统测量料满表面温度是十分有效的。
Surface radiative temperature of the liquid drop of melt electronic glass was measured using an infrared thermal video system. Due to the cylindric shape of the drop the compensation of surface emissivity and the correction of angle factor should be considered toobtain the real temperature. The experimental results show that using the infrared thermal video system for measuring the surface temperature distribution of the melt glass drop isvery effective.
