几种节流阀受力状况的定性分析及其优选 被引量:2

摘要 节流阀是油田井控管汇上普遍应用的一种阀件。基于对节流阀的安全性及存在的问题阐述,为设计高效的压井系统,提供了可靠的实际应用中安全、适用的节流装置选择的理论依据。从流体力学理论的角度,对四种节流阀受力状况作了定性分析,并提出了改进意见和压井施工中应优先考虑选用套阀和楔型阀,以提高压井的安全性。 Throttle valve is an universal applied valve of well control department in the oil field.In this paper,based on the introduction of safety and existing problems of throttle valve,the effective well-killing system is designed,and reliable theoretical basis for giving practical applications in choosing security and cost-saving device is provided.From the point of view of the fluid mechanics theory,the qualitative analysis of force conditions of four kinds of throttle valve is made,and suggestions for throttle valve improvement are given.Finally it should be priority to consider the wedge valve and sleeve valve in the construction of wells-killing to increase the security of wells-killing.
