摘要
应用有限元法对夏利轿车液力减振器簧片的变形特性进行了分析。对不同厚度的组合簧片计算表明,重叠放置的簧片变形不等于一个簧片(其厚度为组合簧片厚度总和)的变形。计算和试验都表明 ,簧片的安装顺序对整个阀片的变形没有影响。文中所采取的分析方法及论点 ,对夏利轿车液力减振器及类似结构的减振器设计、生产具有一定的参考意义。
Deformation characteristic of the Charade car hydraulic shock absorber spring valve chip is analyzed by means of finite element method.Calculation of combination of spring chips of different thickness layered together shows that layered spring chip deformation is not the same as that of a single chip spring with the same thickness of total sum chip thickness;and order of chips in layered combination has no effect upon the deformation by both calculation and test.The method of analysis and argument of the above may be a useful reference to design and production of the Charade car hydraulic shock absorber and similar shock absorber structure.
