摘要
目的探讨农村地区老年人眼球摘除的病因及防治措施。方法对91例老年人眼球摘除的资料进行研究分析。结果绝对期青光眼、眼内炎和眼外伤是农村地区老年人眼球摘除的主要病因。结论改善医疗环境，提高技术水平可以降低老年人眼球摘除的风险。
Objective To discuss the cause and prevention of enucleation of eyeball in aged people in rural area. Methods We analysed the source of 91 enucleation of eyeball of rural aged people. Results Absolute glaucoma, endophthalmitis and eye injury were the main reasons of rural aged enucleation. Concluslon Improvement of medical enviroment and technology can reduce the risk of enucleation in aged people in rural area.
