摘要
基于传热学和摩擦学理论,建立了滚动轴承相应的稳态温度场和热变形的三维热分析有限元模型,运用ANSYS分析了处于热平衡状态的滚针轴承、圆锥滚子轴承的温度和热变形,为研究滚动轴承的热变形和游隙问题提供了参考和依据。
Based on heat transfer and tribology, three dimensional finite element model is built up for stable temperature field and thermal deformation of rolling bearing. The thermal deformation and temperature of a needle hearing and a roller bearing is analyzed under heat equilibrium. The results provide the reference and the theory basis for re.arch into thermal deformation and clearance of wiling bearings.
