摘要
金川集团公司为提高冶炼产能和降低总生产成本,要求选矿提高精矿镍品位,实施"提高贫矿精矿镍品位、稳定回收率"为主的技术研究,以磨矿分级、磨浮流程、药剂制度、工艺参数和设备效率等方面开展的小型与现场专题研究为基础,提出处理Ⅰ矿区和Ⅲ矿区贫矿不同的磨浮流程改造方案并进行小型试验,确定最优磨浮流程、工艺参数和药剂制度。工业试验证实,Ⅰ矿区贫矿精矿镍品位提高0.321%,Ⅲ矿区贫矿精矿镍品位提高0.127%;药剂单耗降低40.74%,年节约药剂成本82.8万元;创造直接经济效益422.12万元。
In order to increase smelting productivity and reduce total production cost in Jinchuan Group LTD.,it was required to improve nickel concentrate grade in mineral processing,and carry on the technical research to increase concentrate grade of poor ore dressing and stabilize the recovery rate.Based on the experimental and field special research related to grinding and classification, grinding and flotation process,reagent system,process parameters,equipment efficiency and so on,the different modification schemes of grinding and flotation flowsheet which was used to treat poor ore inⅠandⅢmining areas were put forward,and the pilot test was performed to determine the optimal grinding and flotation process,process parameters and reagent system.The industrial test results showed that the nickel concentrate grade of poor ore dressing increased 0.321%and 0.127%inⅠandⅢmining areas, the reagent consumption decreased 40.74%,respectively,saved reagent cost about 828 thousand yuan per year,and the direct economic benefit was 4221.2 thousand yuan.
