摘要
目的:为肿节风药材化学成分的快速筛选提供一种分析方法。方法:利用快速溶剂萃取结合液质联用技术,采用正负离子全扫描模式检测肿节风药材中的化学成分。结果:提取特征准分子离子峰,同时根据化合物液相色谱行为,推断出22种化合物的分子量。通过与对照品的质谱行为比较和相关文献分析,鉴定了肿节风药材9个主要化学成分。结论:该方法简单、快速,是一种较好的肿节风药材的化学成分的快速筛选分析方法。
Objective：To provide an analysis method of rapid screening of chemical composition in Sarcandrae herba.Methods：Using accelerated solvent extraction combined with LC-MS technology,to detect the chemical composition in Sarcandrae herbs by the positive and negative ion full-scan mode.Results：The molecular weights of 22 compounds have been inferred from the feature quasi-molecular ion peak and the behavior of liquid chromatography of compounds.9 main chemical compositions from Sarcandrae herba have been identified by comparison with the mass behavior of reference substances and the analysis of related literatures.Conclusions：The method is simple,fast,which is a good analysis method of rapid screening of chemical composition in Sarcandrae herba.
