摘要
自从我国加入联合国教科文组织《保护非物质文化遗产公约》以来,我国非物质文化遗产保护事业日益走向成熟,在制定保护政策、建设名录体系、开展普查工作、推动信息化建设等方面都取得了骄人的成绩。与此同时,我国非物质文化遗产保护在保护理念的树立、财政经费的投入、法规标准的建设等方面仍然存在一定的问题,需要通过坚持保护开发并重的理念、确立权责分明的工作机制、调动多方经费支持的力度、建设科学合理的人才队伍、实现法制化和标准化管理以及建立统一协调的评估体系等途径加以完善。
Since the accession to the ＂Convention for Safeguarding the Intangible Cultural Heritage＂ of UNESCO,the intangible cultural heritage protection cause of China is increasingly mature that have acquired impressive achievements in many respects,such as the formulation of conservation policies,the establishment of representative list system,the development of general surveys work,the construction of informatization and so on.Meanwhile,there still have some problems need to enhance,mainly including setting up the protection concept,strengthening the financial support and improving the construction of regulations and standard,etc,which can be improved by means of adhering the concept of placing equal stress on development and protection,establishing an working mechanism with clear rights and responsibilities,impelling the multi-funding environment to take shape,building a scientific and reasonable talent team,realizing the legalization and standardized management,establishing a consolidate and concerted evaluation mechanism and so on.
