摘要
"非物质文化遗产"又称无形文化遗产、口头与非物质文化遗产,是我国2004年加入联合国教科文组织《保护非物质文化遗产公约》后提出的一个新的概念,如何持续有效地保护好我国的非物质文化遗产,没有可参考的经验和形式,需要我们在实际工作中不断地寻找、摸索、革新,走出一条具有自己特色的保护非物质文化遗产新路。要以保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、传承发展为原则,完善保护机制、建立保护体系、制定保护措施、合理有效利地用非物质文化遗产这一弥足珍贵的文化资源,使其在社会主义经济建设和精神文明建设中得以存活、传承、发展。
The protection of intangible material culture heritage has no experience and model to refer to, so we must find a suitable way in our real practice. This paper has proposed that the protection should follow the following principles, protection and rescue as the main objective, reasonable use, inheritance and development as the principles, improving the protection mechanism and system, set up protection measures as to make reasonable and effective use of the heritage with a purpose give it a full play in socialist economic and culture construction.
