摘要 病历摘要 患者男，51岁，因反复中上腹疼痛3个月，加重2d于2010年3月15日入住广州医学院第一附属医院肝胆外科。患者曾于2009年12月29日因上腹痛2d入我科治疗，查血清淀粉酶227U／L（35～135U／L；括号内为参考值范同，下同），
