黄芩提取物对红细胞抗氧化作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:考察黄芩提取物(SBG)对H_2O_2所致正常人红细胞(RBCs)氧化的保护作用。方法:将RBCs用黄芩提取物SBG预孵育,经H_2O_2处理后对红细胞溶血作用、脂质过氧化(MDA)、ROS及met-Hb含量进行分析。结果:含有指标成分黄芩苷的SBG对H_2O_2致红细胞损伤致氧化应激溶血率、MDA、ROS及met-Hb含量均具有改善作用,不同SBG中黄芩苷含量较低时改善作用相对较弱。讨论:SBG中的黄酮类化合物具有潜在的抗氧化活性,且黄芩提取物可能对人体血液系统氧化应激具有改善作用。 Objective: To investigate the protective effect of extracts from Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi. (SBG) towards hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 )-induced oxidation in normal human erythrocytes (RBCs). Method: RBCs, pretreated with SBG and challenged with H2O2,were analyzed by the studies of hemolysis,lipid peroxidation, reactive oxygen species (ROS) and methemoglobin production. Re- sult: The oxidative indices were all decreased by incubating the RBCs with SBG which contained baicalin, a kind of marker components in SBG, and the effects depended on the concentration of baicalin. Conclusion: The findings demonstrate that the flavones in SBG show potent antioxidant properties which have beneficial effect in oxidative stress in human blood system.
