摘要
目的:观察儿童尖锐湿疣光动力治疗的疗效,探讨最佳护理方法。方法:28例6岁以下患儿疣体处外敷ALA 3小时,照射前20分钟给予10%水合氯醛口服,待患儿熟睡后采用635nm半导体激光器局部照射,光斑直径2.5cm,能量密度100J/CM2,时间20分钟。结果:28例患儿服药后10～20分钟均能很好入睡,经1～3次治疗后25例患儿疣体完全清除,清除率89.3%。结论:儿童ALA-PDT时配合应用10%水合氯醛能很好入睡,采用综合护理方法能顺利完成治疗,获得疗效,并无不良反应。
Objectives： To observe the effectiveness of topical aminolevlinic aci-photodymanic therapy on children＇s condylomata acuminata,and to discuss the best nursing method.Methods： Twenty-eight child patients were applied with aminolevlinic aci-photodymanic on the warts for 3h,and then given 10% chloral hydrate 20min before phototherapy.When the patients fell sound asleep,the warts were irradiated locally by 625mn semiconductor laser（spot diameter of 2.5cm,energy density 100J/cm2,irradiation time 20 minutes）.Results： All the 28 child patients fell sound asleep in 10-20min.25 out of 28 patients（89.3%） got complete clearance of warts after 1-3 times of photodynamic therapy.Conclusion： ALA-PDT combined with 10% chloral hydrate can help the child patients fall sound sleep before laser irradiation.The comprehensive nursing can safely and effectively treat children patients with genital warts.
