摘要
目的评价5-氨基酮戊酸光动力（ALA-PDT）疗法治疗口腔内尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的6例口腔内尖锐湿疣患者采用ALA—PDT疗法治疗，随访6～12个月评估其疗效和不良反应。结果经过2—3次治疗后疣体清除率100％，随访未见复发，治疗后无感染、溃烂或瘢痕等不良反应发生。结论ALA—PDT疗法口腔内尖锐湿疣安全有效，不良反应小。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safe profile of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamie on trea- ting oral condylomata acuminate. Method 6 cases of oral condylomata acuminate were treated with ALA-PDT. Result After treated with 2 to 3 times, the lesions of the treatment group were all cleared without infection, ulceration, scarring or other adverse reactions. The cure rate of treatment group was 100%. Conclusion ALA-PDT is a safe and ef- fective treatment of oral condylomata acuminate with low recurrence rate.
