摘要
目的：了解我院中成药的应用情况.为合理使用购药资金,减少药品积压,合理用药,满足临床实际需求及提高药品管理水平提供科学依据.方法：对我院2003年～2004年中成药的年销售金额和用量进行统计,采用DDDs分析方法和药物经济学方法对年销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日用药金额进行统计分析.结果：2003年～2004年我院中成药的年销售金额呈上升趋势,治疗心血管和上呼吸道感染药物的DDDs连续两年保持在前10位.结论：我院中成药的应用基本合理,疗效确切、价廉的中成药在临床中占优势.分析、掌握药品消耗金额和用药频度,对中成药的用药管理至关重要.
OBJECTIVE：To understand the condition of Chinese patent medicine used in our hospital. To provide some scientific basis for rational use of the funds , reduce overstocking of drugs, satisfy clinical actual needs and increase the level of drug administration. METHODS： To collect the sum of money of annual consumption and amount of consumption of Chinese patent medicine used in our hospital during the 2003 - 2004 and the sum of money of annual consumption, frequency and daily sum of money of RTCM were analysed with DDDs and pharmacoeconomic method in our hospital. RESULTS： The sum of money of annual consumption of Chinese patent medicine show an increasing trend in our hospital during the 2003 - 2004. The DDDs of drugs which were used in cardiovascular diseases and the infections of the upper respiratory have kept ahead 10 in the last 2 years. CONCLUTION： In our hospital , the use of Chinese patent medicine is rational on the whole, and cheap and effective RTCM gains the upper hand. For use and administration of Chinese patent medicine, it is very important to analysis and understand the sum of money of consumption and frequency of drug use.
