摘要
叙述了南通宝钢钢铁有限公司炼铁厂在高炉铁水生产过程中应用"SPC"工具持续改进铁水质量过程的情况。通过应用SPC的基本理论研究方法,解决了在炼铁生产中持续改进铁水质量控制评价的方法问题。以铁水含[Si]量参数为例应用SPC技术在钢炼铁生产中持续改进了铁水质量,合理降低了铁水[Si]含量,达到了降低成本的目的,同时也表明控制图在炼铁生产中具有指导生产实践的作用。
The paper depicts the process that the Iron-making Subsidiary of Nantong Baosteel Iron and Steel Company Limited adopted SPC tool to constantly improve hot metal quality in BF hot metal production. SPC basic principle is applied to the formation of a control and evaluation method for improving hot metal quality in iron-making production. The parameter of silicon content in hot metal was used as an example. SPC technology in iron-making production improved hot metal quality gradually, lowered silicon content in hot metal reasonably and reduced cost. Meanwhile, it is also indicated that control diagram can guide the production of iron-making.
