摘要
针对热连轧过程品种规格连续变化的情况,运用SPC控制图基本原理,探讨了数据的处理方法,并据此在热轧MES系统中开发了在线SPC控制图用于监控热轧机组的受控状态,在实际生产中取得了较好的效果。
To develop online SPC chart for hot strip mill, based on SPC principle, the data normalizing method was discussed, and online SPC function was developed in MES system which achieved satisfied results.
