摘要
青年就业是世界性的社会问题,并由此在世界各地产生不同于传统的青年群体亚文化和行为模式。在中国,大学毕业生和青年农民工是构成青年就业的两大主力。由于种种原因,中国各大城市近年来都新出现了相当数量的大学毕业生低收入聚居群体。如何看待大学毕业生低收入聚居这一崭新的社会现象,学术界出现了不同的看法。论文在批判性地回顾有关研究文献的基础上,结合实地调查的经验资料,认为大学生低收入聚居群体这一问题的核心是大都市中的在职贫穷问题,并建议从社会资本的角度制定干预政策。
The problem of youth employment has become a global problem which results in various new sub-cultures and behaviors of youth. In China,colleague graduates and youth migrant workers are two major groups of youth looking for a job. There is a debate among scholars that whether it is a social problem when a large number of migrant colleague graduates are living in a compact community at a corner of the city. This paper introduces the concepts of ‘working poor' and ‘social capital' into the analysis of the problem and proposes some policy suggestions.
