摘要
目的:总结腔内修复术治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层的治疗经验,评价其治疗的中短期疗效。方法:收集我院自2005年至2010年,68例Stanford B型主动脉夹层腔内修复治疗患者的临床资料,通过对其回顾性研究,分析其临床特点及疗效。结果:手术成功68例,术后造影示支架位置良好,夹层破口被完全封闭或假腔供血明显减少,术后发生内漏8例,3例患者院内死亡。术后随访44例,均行主动脉增强CT(CTA)复查,平均随访时间16个月(3 w～50个月),2例患者因其他慢性疾病而导致死亡。结论:主动脉夹层腔内修复术具有安全、可行、有效的特点,手术病死率和并发症发生率低,手术成功率高和短期生存率高,根据有限的资料证实B型夹层的介入治疗,具有良好的中短期疗效。
Objective：To summary experience of treatment of endovascular repair of type B aortic dissection by stent implantation and evaluate its short-term curative effect.Methods：We retrospectively studied 68petients who had been treated in our hospital form 2005 to 2010,analysis their clinical features and curative effect.Results：Endovascular repair was successfully performed in all 68 patients.After operation,angiography of aorta showed the good stent position,and the dissection aneurysm was excluded absolutely or the false lumen＇s blood supply was significantly reduced.Endoleak occurred in 8 patients and 3 patients died in hospital.44 patients were followed up and accepted a reexamination of CTA,all patients were followed up for average 16 months（the range of postoperative follow-up was form 3 weeks to 50 months）.2 patients died with other chronic diseases.Conclusion：Endovascular repair is a safe,feasible and efficient therapy to aortic dissection,the death rate and complications is lower by this operation,rate of success and survival could be acquired after the operation,it had a good short-term curative effect.
