36例主动脉瘤治疗体会 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨主动脉瘤的外科治疗。方法:1995年11月至2006年11月,共收治各类主动脉及夹层动脉瘤患者36例,其中升主动脉瘤5例,腹主动脉瘤15例,胸腹主动脉瘤2例,主动脉夹层动脉瘤14例,36例中采取外科手术治疗18例,腔内支架介入治疗14例。结果:未来得及治疗术前破裂致死亡4例。手术治疗的18例中2例死亡,腔内介入治疗14例全部治愈。结论:对于各类主动脉瘤患者,及时发现,及时确诊,及时救治,根据不同的病例采用不同的治疗方案,取得良好效果。
