摘要
采用全自动微生物鉴定系统(VITEK)和分子生物学鉴定方法,从辽宁碱蓬中分离纯化出7种细菌:枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus stutilis)、环状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus circulans)、巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megatherium)、铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、缓慢葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus lentus)、松鼠葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus sciuri)和无乳链球菌(Streptococcus agalactiae).其中,枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus stutilis)对供试的10种真菌有抑菌作用,尤其对草酸青霉菌丝干物质抑制率可达86.4%,对茄病镰孢菌和串珠镰孢菌的抑制率分别为52.2%和41.4%.
Seven endogenous strains were isolated from Liaoning Suaeda salsa using automatic microorganism identification system(VITEK) and molecular biology,including Bacillus stutilis,Bacillus circulans,Bacillus megatherium,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus lentus,Staphylococcus sciuri and Streptococcus agalactiae.The results showed that Bacillus stutilis could inhibit the growth of 10 species of fungi in this experiment,especially Penicillium oxalicum,on which the inhibition rate reached 86.4%,and the inhibition rate on Fusarium solani and Fusarium moniliforme were 52.2% and 41.4% respectively.
