摘要
以福建省20种用材树种为研究对象,根据铅笔杆对木材品质的要求,运用层次分析法(AHP)依据树种的尺寸稳定性、脆性、密度和强度、结构、纹理以及胶合涂饰性能等木材特性指标建立层次结构模型和判断矩阵,并根据各项指标的重要性计算其权重,从而确定作为铅笔杆用材树种的优劣次序。结果表明:福建含笑、福建柏、拟赤杨、秃杉及江南桤木为较好的铅笔杆用材,细柄阿丁枫、冬青、花榈木、黄檀及柿树则较差。研究结果可为铅笔杆用材的选择和开发提供参考。
Based on the demand of pencil on wood quality,the problem about quality order of 20 kinds of applied wood in Fujian Province was analyzed and studied by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).According to the six indexes about wood characteristics such as dimension stability,brittleness,intensity and density,structure,grain,properties of painting and adhesion,structural model of AHP and judgment matrix was established to determine the weight of each index according to every index essentiality and arrange the quality order of those tree species used as the pencil material.The results showed that Michelia fujianensis,Fokienia hodginsii and Alniphyllum fortunei,Taiwania flousiana,Alnus trabeculosa were better wood as pencil materials while Altingia gracilipes,Ilex purpurea,Ormosia henryi,Dalbergia hupeana and Diospyros kaki were the worse wood as pencil materials.The conclusions provided reference for the selection and development for pencil material.
