摘要
应用多目标决策方法——层次分析法(Analytic HierarchyProcess,简 AHP)对代表森林采运作业两重性(即社会经济性和环境生态性)的典型工序之一的集材工序方式选择问题进行了多目标的分析探讨,并建立了综合效益层次分析结构模型。通过实例验证,该法可行,对实际作业具有一定参考价值。
In order to select appropriate skidding method with considerations from both social-economic and ecological-environmental views,the authors presented a structure model with three hierarchies using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),a multi-objective decision method,based on skidding practice in Heilongjiang Province.The objective of the model is to gain the optimal social-economic and ecological-environmental benefit under evaluation criteria:operation cost, accident rate,damage to residual stands and seedlings,disturbance to soil,and loss of timber during operation.A certain number of skidding alternatives derived from practical operations have been involved in the case studies.And the results of case studies show that this method is feasible and the conclasions are of highly helpful to practical operations.
