摘要
面对国家对高职教育发展提出的新要求，针对高职教育的特点，学习和借鉴现代企业现场管理的6s理念，将其融入并应用于学生宿舍管理中，循序渐进地规范学生的行为，促进学习与生活环境的改造，塑造团队精神进而达到提升学生行为素质的目的。
Drawing on the experience of modem enterprise management, we applied the ＇6S＇ management idea to the dormitory management. It can regulate the behavior of students step by step, promote learning and living environment and create team spirit.
