摘要
6S管理是现代企业推进和实施的现场管理方法。在职业院校学生宿舍管理中引入6S管理方法,不仅可以强化学生的养成教育和日常管理,而且可以培养学生的职业意识和职业素质,实现学校的培养目标与企业需求、学生素养与员工素质之间的无缝对接。文章分析了职业院校学生宿舍6S管理的必要性和可行性,并提出了推进和实施6S管理的基本方法。
6S administration is a modem method of enterprise management. Using 6S method in vocational college can intensify the nurturance education and daily supervision and cultivate the occupational consciousness and diathesis. It achieves the agreement of the goal of school education and requirement of enterprises ,the accomplishment of students and employee. The essay analysis the feasibility and necessity of students dormitory 6S administration and bring forward the basis method of promoting and operating 6S administration.
