摘要
根据一类企业工程设计的需要，提出了一种自底向上的６阶段适应性设计过程模型。介绍了该模型中的质量功能布置、自底向上的功能方法树、鲁棒设计。该模型为规定型设计过程模型，对提高企业的市场竞争力具有重要的意义。
According to the need of a kind of enterprise, a down-toppcness model for redesign is developed, in which six stages isincluded. Quality funchon deployment (QFD ), down-top funchonmeans bee, and robust design are introduced. They are the maincharacteristics is aams new model. The model is a prescriphve processmodel and it is impotent for the competition of enterprises.
