摘要
目的建立泻停封胶囊中苦参碱的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定泻停封胶囊中苦参碱的含量。色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.05 mol/L的磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈-甲醇(94∶5∶1)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为205 nm,柱温为30℃,采用外标法定量。结果苦参碱进样量线性范围为0.128～2.56μg,r=0.999 7(n=5),平均加样回收率为98.34%,RSD为1.12%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、可靠、快速、重现性好,可用于泻停封胶囊中苦参碱的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of matrine in Xietingfeng Capsules. Methods The content of matrine was detected by HPLC. The operating conditions were Hypersil BDS C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）.The mobile pbaseconsisted of 0.05 mol/L potassium phosphate monobasic solution- acetonitrile- methanol（94 ： 5 ： 1）. The cletection wavelength was at 205 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 ~C ,external standard method was employed. Results The linear ranges was obtained between 0. 128 - 2.56 μg, r =0. 999 7（ n = 5）. The average recovery＂ rate was 98.34% respectively with corresponding RSD of 1. 12% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple,convenient,rapid and reliable with good reproducibihy,which is appropriate to the determination accurate and reliable. Which can be used for the content determination of matrine in Xietingfeng Capsules.
