摘要
根据检测对象,采用X射线的透视对皮带中的钢丝芯进行检测,由于钢丝芯对X射线吸收多皮带吸收少的特点,经过对X射线机的图像增强器获取的图像进行图像分析,能够准确检测到钢丝芯的缺陷位置,及时对缺陷部位进行修复,保障生产的顺利进行,提高生产效益.通过实验证明,此方法比一般方法更直观,更准确.
Based on the detection of objects using X- ray was the perspective of the belt in the core wire to detect,because the core wire of the X - ray absorption less than the absorption characteristics of the belt through the X- ray image intensifier to obtain images for image analysis, can accurately detect the location of the defect core wire and timely repair of defective parts to ensure smooth production, improve production efficiency. Proved by experiments that the method is more intuitive than the average, more accurate.
