摘要
分析了钢丝绳受力及工况特点,结合煤矿使用的摩擦式提升机使用过程中钢丝绳受力分析,在此基础上设计了一种钢丝绳张力检测装置,对钢丝绳承载能力的大小及各个钢丝绳之间张力平衡状态进行在线检测,及时掌握钢丝绳受力状态的变化,进一步提高了提升机稳定工作的安全系数。该检测装置结构简单、可靠度高,具有可观的经济效益和社会效益。
Stress and working characteristics for the hoisting cable were analyzed. One kind of tension detecting device for the hoisting cable was designed combining with hoisting cable stressed analysis of friction type hoisting machine used in the coal mines during using, which can realize to carry on detecting on-line for size of hoisting cable's bearing capacity and tension balance state among different hoisting cables, and grasp changes of stressed states for the hoisting cable, enhance safe coefficients of stability work for the hoisting machine. This device has simple structure, high reliabilities, considerable economic benefits and social benefits.
