摘要
[目的]研究代森锰锌(80%剂型)、苯醚甲环唑(10%剂型)、甲维.啶虫咪(3.2%剂型)3种农药对水生生物的安全性。[方法]以斑马鱼(Brachydanio rerio)为试验生物,在实验室条件下测定3种农药对斑马鱼的急性毒性LC50值,并进行生物安全性评价。[结果]代森锰锌(80%剂型)对斑马鱼的96 h-LC50值为3.09 mg/L9,5%置信区间为2.65~3.60 mg/L,对鱼类中等毒性;苯醚甲环唑(10%剂型)对斑马鱼的96 h-LC50值为15.30 mg/L9,5%置信区间为14.60~16.10 mg/L,对鱼类低毒;甲维.啶虫咪(3.2%剂型)对斑马鱼的96 h-LC50值为3.13 mg/L9,5%置信区间为2.78~3.52 mg/L,对鱼类中等毒性。[结论]该研究为农药的风险评估和环境安全管理提供科学依据。
[Objective] The paper aimed to study the safety of mancozeb(80% dosage form),difenoconazole(10% dosage form) and prodain acetamiprid(3.2% dosage form) to aquatic organisms.[Method] With Brachydanio rerio as test organism,acute toxicity tests of three pesticides were conducted in the laboratory to evaluate the safety of pesticides.[Result] The results showed that mancozeb(80% dosage form) was moderately toxic to B.rerio with 96 h-LC50 of 3.09mg/L and 95% confidence interval of 2.65-3.60 mg/L;difenoconazole(10% dosage form) was low toxic to B.rerio with 96 h-LC50 of 15.30 mg/L and 95% confidence interval of 14.60-16.10 mg/L;prodain acetamiprid(3.2% dosage form) was moderately toxic to B.rerio with 96 h-LC50 of 3.13 mg/L and 95% confidence interval of 2.78-3.52 mg/L.[Conclusion] The paper provided a scientific basis for risk assessment of pesticides and environment security management.
