摘要
草甘膦具有低毒、高效的特点,目前已成为全球生产及使用量较大的除草剂之一,但其在环境中的大量残留容易通过食物链对动物及人体产生潜在毒性。近年来,随着人们对转基因作物的关注,草甘膦的毒性作用逐渐成为研究热点,草甘膦的检测研究也备受重视。本文对草甘膦的动物毒性作用研究及其检测研究进展进行综述,以期为草甘膦的深入研究提供参考。
Because of its low toxicity, high efficiency, glyphosate has become one of the most widely used herbicides in the world. The large amount of residues in the environment can be potentially toxic to animals and humans through the food chain. In recent years,as people focus on genetically modified crops,the toxic effects of glyphosate also gradually become a research hotspot,and the study of glyphosate detection have attracted much attention. This paper reviews the research on animal toxicity of glyphosate and its detection research, hoping to provide reference for further research on glyphosate.
