摘要
[目的]研究罗布麻中槲皮素的最佳提取工艺。[方法]以新疆罗布麻茶叶为原料,采用单因素试验和响应面设计法优化超声波法提取槲皮素的工艺并建立数学模型。[结果]经响应面分析法优化后,槲皮素最佳提取工艺参数:浸提温度60℃、浸提时间35 min、液料比1∶20、浸提功率160 kW、乙醇浓度40%。[结论]在此工艺条件下槲皮素实际提取率为0.928%。
[Objective] The aim was to study the quercetin extraction in Apocynum venetum[Method] Xinjiang A.venetum tea as the research object of quercetin was tested and analyzed by ultrasonic assisted extraction with single factor experiment and response surface designs.In addition,sonication-assisted extraction of quercetin for better conditions was obtained.[Result]The study showed that the optimum extraction process was extraction temperature of 60 ℃,extraction time of 35 min,liquid to solid ratio of 1∶20,extract power of 160 kW,ethanol concentration of 40%.[Conclusion]Under the optimum conditions the quercetin yield was 0.928%.
