摘要
作者根据中国２０余年的改革开放实践，探讨了现代市场经济与政府宏观调控的关系，论述了两者如何做到和谐的双向促进与相互完善的实践经验，并就政府宏观调控的立足点、调控手段、调控目标等，提出了自己的研究结论。
Based on 20 years' practice of reform and opening up in China, the author tries to explore the connection between moadem market economy and government macro-control, sums up the practival experience of how to realize harmonious mutual improvement and mutual perfection, and sets forth his findings about the standpoint of government macro - control, control means and control target,etc.
