摘要
目的:观察人参长期喂养试验对大鼠血清电解质的影响。方法:80只大鼠按体重随机分为对照组及人参喂养高剂量组(10.0g/kg)、中剂量组(7.5g/kg)、低剂量组(5.0g/kg),每组雌雄各10只。于实验第91天,进行血清电解质指标Na+、K+、Cl-检测。结果:各剂量组大鼠血清电解质Na+、K+、Cl-检测均未见异常,与对照组比较无显著区别(P>0.05)。结论:人参的长期喂养试验对大鼠血清电解质未见明显影响。
Objective： To investigate changes on serum electrolyte of rats in the Long - term feeding of Panax ginseng powder test. Methods： 80 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, and each group consisted of 10 males and 10 females. The test groups were received Panax ginseng, et a serial dose of 10. 0, 7. 5, 5. 0 g/kg for 365 - days, control group were received normal feed. Changes on Na ＋, K ＋. CI - of serum electrolyte of were measured after 91 days. Results： Compared with the control group, there is no significant difference between the three groups on serum electrolytes Na ＋ , K ＋ , Cl-. Conclusion： There is obvious changes on serum electrolyte of rats in long - term consumption of ginseng powder test.
