摘要
目的探讨人参粉剂的安全性及致遗传毒性,为更合理的开发利用人参提供参考。方法采用最大耐受剂量法的大、小鼠急性毒性试验,常规的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸变试验。结果雌、雄两性大、小鼠最大耐授量(MTD)分别大于15.2、30.5g/kg BW;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验结果均为阴性。结论在该试验条件下,人参粉剂无毒且未显示有遗传毒性。
[Objective]To discuss the security and genetic toxicity of Ginseng powder,and provide reference for rational development and utilization of ginseng. [Methods]Acute toxicity test for rats and mice by maximum dose method,normal mice bone marrow cell micronucleus test,mice sperm abnormality test were adopted. [Results]The MTD of mice and rats was more than 15.2 g/kg BW,30.5 g/kg BW,respectively.Negative results appeared in mice bone marrow cell micronucleus test and mice sperm abnormality test. [Conclusion]Under this experimental condition,Ginseng powder showes genotoxicity and no toxicity.
