摘要
射频功率放大器是移动通信基站中的关键部件,其性能指标优劣直接影响通信质量好坏.本文基于晶体管MRF7S21150HR3,在对晶体管绝对稳定性分析的基础上,采用多谐波双向牵引仿真技术得到了最佳基波源、负载阻抗,并进行匹配电路及偏置电路设计,最后得到了应用于WCDMA基站的高效率射频功率放大器.ADS中的仿真结果表明,功放设计完全满足设计指标要求.故这种方法对从事射频功放的设计者来说具有重要参考价值.
RF power amplifier is the core component of WCDMA base station, good amplifier design can improve system performance significantly. Based on the analysis of unconditional stability of MRF7S21150HR3, the best source and load impedance is got by using multi-harmonic two-way traction simulation technology, then matching networks is designed with high accuracy. ADS simulation results show that the power amplifier fully meets the design requirements, so this method has important reference value for the designers of RF power amplifier.
