脑钠素T381C基因多态性与原发性高血压的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨脑钠素(BNP)T381C基因多态性与高血压病的发生及高血压分级之间的关系。方法选择高血压患者138例(高血压组)、健康查体者141例(对照组),测定两组血压、体质量指数、血浆BNP、血脂、血糖等临床和生化指标,并对高血压进行分级;应用聚合酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性方法对目的 DNA进行基因多态性分析。结果两组均检测到TT、TC、CC三种基因型,高血压组TC+CC基因型和C等位基因频率均高于对照组(P均<0.05);结合趋势性检验,高血压组中C等位基因与高血压的分级呈正相关(P<0.05或<0.01),与血浆BNP水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 BNP T381C基因多态性的C等位基因与高血压的发病及进展相关联,C等位基因变异可能通过减少BNP分泌而参与高血压病的发生发展。
