摘要
目的探讨心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽变化及其临床意义。方法采用电化学发光法测定62例心力衰竭患者和30例非心力衰竭患者的脑钠肽(BNP)水平,并进行对比对照统计分析。结果对照组血浆BNP水平约为(4.32±0.88)pg/ml,而不同程度心力衰竭患者(根据NYHAⅠ~Ⅳ分级评判)的BNP水平:心力衰竭组Ⅰ级约为(114.40±16.20)pg/ml;心力衰竭组Ⅱ级约(396.40±72.20)pg/ml;心力衰竭组Ⅲ级约为(670.10±170.40)pg/ml;心力衰竭组Ⅳ级约为(1263.40±270.20)pg/ml。心力衰竭组血浆BNP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级组间平均血浆BNP水平依次显著性递增(P<0.01)。结论心力衰竭患者血浆BNP水平显著增高,血浆BNP水平随病情严重程度加重及升高。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of plasma BNP levels in patients with heart failure.Methods The levels of plasma BNP were measured with electrochemiluminescence(ECL) in 62 patients with heart failure and 30 controls.Results The mean values of the plasma BNP were(4.32±0.88)pg/ml in controls,and were(114.40±16.20)pg/ml,(396.40±72.20)pg/ml,(670.10±170.40)pg/ml and(1263.40±270.20)pg/ml in patients with heart failure in NYHA classes Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,respectively.Plasma BNP levels in patients with heart failure were significantly higher than those in controls(P0.05).With progress of the disease from stage Ⅰ to stage Ⅳ,the BNP levels increased correspondingly;the differences between those in successive stages being significant(P0.01).Conclusion The levels of plasma BNP were significantly increased in patients with heart failure,and increased with severe degree and the disease process.
