摘要
分析了不同学者对河鲀毒素起源的几种解释,从遗传学角度解释河鲀毒素是河鲀在长期进化过程中自然选择的结果的解释较为合理。本文对河豚毒素的检测方法进行了综述。河豚毒素是钠离子通道阻断剂,是一种强海洋神经毒剂,结合国内外研究现状介绍了河鲀毒素的控毒手段以及河鲀毒素作为一种工具药在临床上的应用前景。
Origines of Tetrodotoxin is analized from different experts. Explaining that Tetrodoto-xin is the result of natural selection for a long time evolution from the angle of molecular genetics. This article briefly reviews the progress in its common detecting methods. Tetrodotoxin is one of the strong marine neural toxins which block sodium channels, from the present situation at home and abroad, the article shows detection measure for the Tetrodotoxin and its abroad application in the medical field about the tetrodotoxin.
