摘要
河豚毒素(TTX)是一种强毒性海洋生物活性物质,最初是从豚科鱼(Tetrodontidae)中发现.故1909年被Tahara命名为Tetrodotoxin(TTX).本文介绍了TTX的化学特性、毒性作用机制、药理作用、检测方法、在不同生物种中的分布、能产生TTX的微生物种类,以及在此基础上提出的TTX 微生物起源学说的国内外最近研究报道.并提出了TTX微生物起源学说的应用前景及今后的研究课题.
Tetrodotoxin is one of potent neurotoxins produced by marine organisms. It was first discovered from Tetrodontidae and named as tetrodotoxin (TTX) by Tahara in 1909. In this paper reviewed are the recent reports about its chemical nature,machenism of toxic action,medical function, methods of determination, distribution among the species of marine organisms and microorganisms which could produce TTX. On the basis of many researches, the theory on mi-croorganismic source of TTX is probed. The prospect of the theory and prospective research areas on TTX are advanced.
