摘要
目的探讨"优质护理服务示范工程"的实践方法与效果。方法确立4个科室为"优质护理服务示范病房",采取的措施包括:成立领导小组,统一认识;加强宣传动员工作;加大护理人力资源配备和示范病房经费投入,完善相应制度,改革管理模式,定期质量检查和满意度调查。结果与去年同期相比,四个病房患者平均满意度由94.35%上升至98.72%;医生满意度由92.03%上升至98.64%;护士满意度由95.07%上升至99.35%;健康教育知晓率由93.2%上升至99.3%;护理差错由0.03%下降为0.012%,护理质量得到提升,实现了护理服务零投诉,密切了护患关系,有效促进了护患和谐。结论开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动可以提高临床护理工作质量,提高患者、医生、护士满意度,实现医、护、患三方均受益的效果。
Objective To investigate the practice methods and effects of ＂quality care demonstration project＂.Methods Four sections were selected the deputy of ＂quality care demonstration unit＂,the measures include： set up a leading group,common understanding;strengthen the propaganda and mobilization work;increase the nursing human resources and demonstration room equipped with the input of funds,improve relevant systems,change management Mode,regular quality checks and satisfaction survey.Results Compared with one year ago,the average patient satisfaction with the four wards from the 94.35% rise to 98.72%;physician satisfaction from 92.03% up to 98.64%;nurse satisfaction from 95.07% increased to 99.35%;health education awareness increased from 93.2% to 99.3%;nursing errors dropped from 0.03% to 0.012%.Care quality improved and achieved zero complaint of nursing services,nurse-patient relationship was closer,it promoted effectively the nurse-patient harmony.Conclusions To carry out ＂quality care demonstration project＂ activities can improve the quality of clinical care,improve patient,physician,nurse satisfaction.All doctors,nurses and patients benefit with the quality care.
