摘要
应用危害分析与关键点控制(HACCP)基本原理,对高校图书馆服务全过程可能发生的危机进行分析评估,确定危机的关键控制点,设定关键限值,建立监控程序,确立关键控制点失控时的纠正措施,编制验证程序和记录保持程序。通过严格监控,达到减少危机发生的目的。
With the experience learned from HACCP(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), the whole process of academic library crisis management is suggested starting with the analysis and assessment of the possible hazards, deciding the critical control point (CCP) and setting the critical limits. Followed in sequence are the steps of establishing the monitoring procedures and making the corrective actions available in case of crisis, supported by the verification procedures and the record-keeping procedures finally. In this way the crisis occurrence frequency and threats can be brought under strict control.
