摘要
分析图书馆知识管理的涵义,探讨基于知识管理的图书馆服务的创新模式,提出图书馆知识管理的关键应抓住"以人为本",实现隐性知识显性化的观点,并从人力资源管理、技术支持和环境保障等方面对图书馆实施知识管理的条件进行较深入的阐述。
The paper analyzes the meaning of library knowledge management, discusses the innovation mode of library service based on knowledge management,and puts forward that, the key for library knowledge management is “human - oriented” and realizing recessive knowledge. It also discusses in detail the conditions for library knowledge management from the aspects of human resource management, technical support and environment protection, etc.
