摘要
利用正交试验方法探讨了膨体弹力真丝在不同加工工艺条件下其主要力学性能指标的变化, 指出: STS 药液的浓度和温度是影响弹性伸长率的主要因素, 温度是影响弹性回复率的主要因素, 浓度又是影响强力的主要因素, 开发膨体弹力真丝时, 可根据不同的需求制订加工工艺。
Investigates the variance of the mechanical property of bulk stretch silk yarn under different processing conditions by orthoganal experiment. It indicates that the concentration and temperature of STS chemical solution constitute major factors affecting elastic extension, while temperature exerts most influence upon elastic recovery, and concentration upon strength. Therefore, proper processes should be worked out in conformity to different requirements in the development of bulk stretch silk yarns.
