摘要
研究了桑蚕丝与柞蚕丝的形态特征 ,用离子刻蚀的办法解析了二种真丝纤维巨原纤之间存在的离子侵蚀耐性的差异性 ,并进一步分析了二种真丝纤维在钙盐处理条件下丝纤维的形态变化特征。指出柞蚕丝与桑蚕丝由于材料本身结构的差异 ,使纤维在同一条件的钙盐作用下 ,其反应特性具有明显的差异 ,桑蚕丝的原纤剥离特征较柞蚕丝明显。同时指出 ,通过有效的物理和化学手段 ,可以实现纤维形态的差别化特征 ,这对进一步开发真丝纤维新材料具有极大的促进作用。
The morphology features of mulberry silk and tussah silk are studied in this paper. The different ion-erosion resistance between the two kinds of real silk fibers′ macrofibril by equivalent ion-etching are discussed and the morphology modification of two real silk fibers treated by calcium-salt solution are further analyzed. We find that even under the same calcium-salt condition, reaction properties for tussah silk and mulberry silk are obviously different because of their different inner structure. Mulberry Slik′s macrofibril peels off more clearly than tussah silk. Also fiber′s differential morphology can be realized by effective physical and chemical methods. It will do good promotion for further developing new silk material.
