摘要
研制成功一套高温热油介质机械密封试验装置,主机为双支撑悬臂对称布置两套机械密封结构,采用空气静压轴承作为主轴承。该装置综合设计参数较高,能满足目前国内绝大部分热油介质机械密封的台架试验、考核、国内外产品对比试验、新产品研制、开发,并具有一定的技术储备。
The set of test device for high-temperature hot-oil mechanical seal was developed.The basic machine is of double-base cantilever structure in which two sets of seal are arranged symmetrically and whose main bearing adopts aerostatic bearing.This device has higher combined design parameters,it can realize bench test and qualification of most domestic hot-oil mechanical seals,comparison test between domestic and foreign products,new product R D,and has a certain technical reserve.
