摘要
机械密封端面材料的摩擦性能决定了机械密封的使用寿命,摩擦因数是表征摩擦性能的重要参数。综合分析了端面材料、转速和端面比压等因素对摩擦因数的影响,为机械密封的设计和摩擦状态分析提供了参考依据。
The friction property of mechanical seal end material decides the service life of mechanical sea, fric- tion coefficient is the important parameter of friction property. The influence on friction coefficient of the end materi- als, speed and mechanical seal face pressure is analyzed, the future reference for mechanical seal design and friction state analysis is provided.
